Sve je spremno za 5. Angošt

U srijedu, 5. kolovoza, Šumber još jednom postaje glavno okupljalište vjernika, hodočasnika i ljubitelja dobre zabave povodom tradicionalnog blagdana Gospe Snježne. Ovogodišnji 5. Angošt donosi sadržajan cjelodnevni program koji spaja duhovnost, tradiciju, vrhunsku glazbu i bogatu ponudu lokalnih specijaliteta.

Vjerski dio proslave počinje već u jutarnjim satima:

• 9:00 h – Sveta misa u crkvi Majke Božje od Drena, nakon koje slijedi već dobro poznata tradicionalna marenda za sve okupljene. Jutarnju misu predslaviti vlč. Zoran Županović.
• 18:00 h – Središnja svečana koncelebrirana sveta misa s procesijom ispred crkve. Večernje misno slavlje predvodit će vlč. Josip Kolega, duhovnik sjemeništa Redemptoris Mater.

Po završetku duhovnog dijela, proslava se od 20:00 sati seli na Balarine, gdje započinje večernji zabavni program. Za dobru atmosferu i ples do kasno u noć pobrinut će se poznati Night Express Band i Ritmo Band, uz bogatu gastronomsku ponudu s promotivnim cijenama.
Manifestaciju organizira Organizacijski odbor 5. Angošta na čelu sa Srećkom Kosom, dok su pokrovitelji događanja Općina Sveta Nedelja i Turistička zajednica Općine Sveta Nedelja.
Pozivaju se svi mještani, gosti i prijatelji Šumbera da svojim dolaskom uveličaju ovu posebnu proslavu!

Everything Is Ready for the 5th Angošt Celebration

On Wednesday, August 5, Šumber will once again become the gathering place for worshippers, pilgrims, and visitors celebrating the traditional Feast of Our Lady of the Snows. This year’s 5th Angošt offers a full-day program that brings together spirituality, tradition, outstanding live music, and a rich selection of local culinary specialties.

The religious program begins in the morning:

• 9:00 a.m. – Holy Mass at the Church of Our Lady of Drena, followed by the now traditional community brunch for all attendees. The morning Mass will be celebrated by Zoran Županović.
• 6:00 p.m. – Solemn concelebrated Holy Mass with a procession in front of the church. The evening Mass will be presided over by Josip Kolega, spiritual director of the Redemptoris Mater Seminary.

Following the religious celebrations, the event moves to Balarine at 8:00 p.m., where the evening entertainment program begins. Visitors can enjoy dancing late into the night with performances by the popular Night Express Band and Ritmo Band, accompanied by a wide selection of local food and drinks available at promotional prices.

The event is organized by the 5th Angošt Organizing Committee, headed by Srećko Kos, under the patronage of the Municipality of Sveta Nedelja and the Sveta Nedelja Tourist Board.

Residents, visitors, and friends of Šumber are warmly invited to join this special celebration and be part of another memorable Angošt.
